I try to buy local but I have no alternative but to buy my Audis out of the Boise market. I've had many Audis over the years but this dealership apparently can't be bothered in fostering a relationship with me. Now I know why they haven't returns my calls or emails. Someone told me (after I tried to make contact with this dealership) that they price R8's $50K over list price. Business must be really good if they don't return contacts. They all have simply ignored or disregarded my inquiries. I've left voicemails or emails to Darin Panda (General Mgr) Ivan Suquet (Sales Mgr) Nicolaus Gaub (Audi Brand Specialist) and Nathan Lloyd (Audi Brand Specialist). I've contacted sales seven separate times inquiring about an Audi R8 order, stock coming in etc. *Clean CARFAX, *NAV GPS NAVIGATION*, *MOONROOF SUNROOF*, *NAV NAVIGATION GPS*, *BLUETOOTH*, *LEATHER*, *SUNROOF MOONROOF*, *PANORAMA ROOF*, *HEATED SE. Hope you will compensate me for the money loss between my wife and I missing work because I lost over a $100 and so has she.Located in Boise, ID / 407 miles away from Billings, MT I tell her what happen she says she will get a hold of the manager in charge of delivery. Store manager calls and says I was told to call you. This is a bad way of doing business I tell you what. No call No delivery and Wife been at home all day plus we have security cameras nothing. Got it rescheduled for 1/13 my wife took time off work for delivery but this time it says it was delivered at sometime the night before for Friday interesting. I took the day off work to get it delivered on 12/30. Ordered a refrigerator in November set appointment to be delivered on the earliest appointment 12/30 called me in delivery window saying they cannot deliver do to being down a delivery person but could deliver my TV. UPDATE: After contacting support and waiting for a response they finally got things situated and delivered my fridge in the evening so updating the stars from 1 to 3 because this should have still gone better and you need to look into this because no one knew of my missing fridge and I would have never gotten it unless I contacted you. They give big promises with zero results. It is the worst experience I have ever had with any company. Now, I will be getting rid of this monstrosity of a machine, asking for a full refund, getting two new machines from a place that delivers to my area and never going to this company again. Every time I called, I was kicked around to another person who promised repeatedly to call me back. This is something they did not mention when we purchased the upgraded Geek Squad plan. ![]() They will not send a person to come and fix my machine because I live outside of their service area. I have called about this issue no fewer than 15 times and still have a broken machine in my house. I called the maker of the machine and Best Buy and have still never heard back from either company. After less than 60 days the machine was broken. I bought a washer dryer combo here in October of 2022. So 2 out of 3 items was definitely a win for me and that’s why they get 4 stars. ![]() The kid did try, so I give him props for that but he had to ask another associate that it would have been better to ask the wall cause that associate didn’t put any effort into helping with trying to make a third item purchase. Now I seem to live on the edge so I went with one last item. He pointed me to a different laptop that I hadn’t even noticed and just like that, he got me taken care of quickly. ![]() Now with luck like that I rolled the dice and attempted to get more assistance with the purchase of a laptop which I tried to do days earlier. After explaining my problem and what I’d like to find that may help the associate may not have had all the answers but he quickly got them for me to make a decision on what product to go with. Fast forward to a couple days later & I find myself back for a completly different item & with little grief, I get an associate to approach me & offer his help. Then the associate goes to find the item I wanted but it becomes clear that there is an issue in the items location and after quite a long wait, i just had to leave without the purchase. For the most part, love this store but then there’s those moments when I want to purchase an item, so I’ll do some research while in store using my phone & good Ole google then as I narrow down my options & hope to get the attention of a busy associate who may or may not be able to assist me, it could go either way.
